L- Threonine is an essential amino acid. Essential amino acids are not produced by our bodies naturally and are only available through food or dietary supplementation. This amino acid supports in tissue development and plays a critical role in maintaining and regulating pancreas, liver and heart. The mucus-gel layer that is produced by Threonine in the small intestine provides a “shield” against digestive enzymes that can damage the intestines and help support healthy gut function.
L-Glutamic Acid
Glutamic acid is a potent, non-essential amino acid and a neurotransmitter. It is the main component in production of glutamine. Glutamine aids in the removal of ammonia, a potent toxin produced due to the metabolic reactions and denaturation of proteins in the body. Excess ammonia can cause severe problems from the brain and decreases liver function and prior research has indicated that excess levels of ammonia causes hypersecretion of pancreatic glucagon and inhibits pancreatic secretions such as insulin.
Serine is a non-essential amino acid found in the cell membranes and is also a neurotransmitter. One of serine’s most important functions is to create methyl groups for methylation (a mechanism that controls gene expression).  Serine is also known for its contributions to muscle mass because of the role it plays in making creatine. Bitter Gourd
Bitter gourd (Momordica charantia) is a vegetable that originated in Southeast Asia. Grown largely as a field crop, it contains phytonutrients such as charantin and polypeptide-p, and is a good source of antioxidants. The metabolic impact of bitter gourd extract has been demonstrated in cell culture, animal, and human studies.
Garcinia gummi-gutta, (commonly known as Garcinia Cambogia or GC) is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit with primary origins in Southeast Asia and India. The rind of the fruit contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA) , which is commonly known for its positive effect on weight loss. Many studies have shown that HCA, combined with other extracts of the fruit, exhibited anti-obesity results. These results concluded that HCA regulated serotonin levels, which relates to satiety, increased fat oxidation, and decreased de novo lipogenesis.
Guggul is made from the sap of the Commiphora Mukul tree. Guggul contains phytosterols, gugulipids, and guggulsterones, all of which lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Guggul has been known to support high cholesterol, stiff joints, sinus issues and nervous system disorders.
Alpha lipolic Acid
Alpha-lipoic acid is a naturally occurring substance in foods such as spinach, broccoli, and potatoes.
