Refund Policy

If our products do not meet your full satisfaction, ALMEDA LABS will accept unused and unopened products within 14 days for a full refund – including all taxes paid. Products that have been opened can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Cash returns must present a receipt at time of return. Please email support@almedalabs.com for a Return Shipping Label (RSL). Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items.
