Raw Cauliflower & Walnut Tacos

Ingredients:
  • 1 Head Organic Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup of Raw Walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp Kasvi
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1 Chipotle in Adobo
  • 1 tsp of Tamari
  • 1/2 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Head of Bib Lettuce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 Jalapeño sliced (optional)
  • 1 Lime, quartered
  • Handful of Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Directions:

In the bowl of a food processor, add in the cauliflower, walnuts, Kasvi, and chili powder. Pulse until combined. Add in the lime juice, chipotle, Tamari, and pepper. Pulse for 30 seconds and adjust for seasonings.  Serve 'meat' in individual bib lettuce taco shell topped with sliced avocado and jalapeño for heat. Squeeze fresh lime juice and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve.
