  1. I take other supplements. Can I take your supplements on top of my existing routine?

  1. How are the monthly delivery plans scheduled? 

    Our monthly plan has a shipping schedule designed to ensure that you will neverhave a gap in your product supply. The second shipment is usually processed between 20-25 days after the first order, and so on. We can always make adjustments to your next shipment date at any time.   1. If I have semi-annual or annual membership, can I receive all six or 12 bottles at once? 

    Our semi-annual and annual memberships require monthly deliveries. If you are interested in bulk orders, please contact Mariah@almedalabs.com

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
